Why annual upfront — can I pay monthly?

Annual cycles let us price the platform lower and skip rebill-failure ops. We market monthly so you can compare against tools that bill monthly, but the charge is a single invoice each year. The result is a meaningfully lower total cost than the same feature set as a monthly SaaS.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — your data stays accessible through that date. After expiry the account drops to the free Starter tier; nothing is deleted.

Do you refund partial periods?

No. Cancellation stops the next renewal but doesn't refund the current cycle. We're a B2B service between organisations; the 14-day consumer cooling-off window doesn't apply.

How do I pay — card or bank transfer?

Both. Most customers pay by bank transfer against a Finnish e-invoice (Finvoice / Procountor / Netvisor compatible). Card payment via Stripe is available too — we hold the card on file and renew automatically. You can switch between the two at any time.

What happens if I'm late paying?

Your access continues for a 14-day grace window after the invoice's due date. We'll send reminder emails. Beyond grace, the subscription expires and you drop to Starter — but you can settle the invoice at any time and we'll reactivate without losing anything.

What's included in Enterprise pricing?

SSO, custom microsite domains, API access, unlimited initiatives, priority support, custom DPA terms. Pricing depends on your scale and requirements — we quote per engagement. Reach out via the conversation request and we'll come back within two business days.
